Acceptance of Terms

By using the inClimb mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

inClimb is a mobile application for indoor climbing gyms. The App allows climbers to discover boulders, share beta, log sends, and connect with their local climbing community.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, comments). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it within the App to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the App to harass or harm other users.

Gym Management

Gym administrators and routesetters have additional privileges within the App. These roles are assigned by gym owners and carry additional responsibilities for managing gym content appropriately.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Climbing is an inherently dangerous activity, and the App does not replace proper safety precautions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
